Roles We’re Hiring For
Montare Ltd. is hiring PEMB installation crew members to join our field team. We’re looking for someone dependable, safety‑minded, and ready to work as part of a crew that takes pride in clean workmanship and doing the job right the first time.
What You’ll Do
You’ll work with the team from the time building materials arrive on site through to the final walkthrough with the client. Typical responsibilities include:
- Site layout and preparation
- Standing and joining primary and secondary steel
- Trimmings and flashings
- Metal roofing (screw-down and standing seam)
- Installing a variety of metal wall cladding systems
- Installing windows and doors
- Gutters and downspouts
What We’re Looking For
- A strong work ethic and a team‑first attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors and on active job sites
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and communicate clearly
- Commitment to safe, respectful job site conduct
- Construction/steel building experience is an asset (but not required for the right candidate)
