This project in Delia, Alberta transformed an existing 1,800 sq. ft. cold storage building into a comfortable, finished space designed to safely store vintage sports cars and serve as a personal “man cave.”
The Challenge
Cold storage buildings are built for shelter—not comfort. To support the goal of safely storing valuable vehicles and maintaining an enjoyable indoor space year‑round, the building needed to be upgraded to a fully insulated, heated structure with a bright, clean interior finish.
